This is an illustrative example of the concepts being discussed.Markings are just visualizations on historical data in hindsight analysis
I was not watching market live. Nifty opened within previous day closing range. BOF of IRH gave a short signal. Difficult to trail beyond BRN. Then a PP long on price coming above PDL to the early range.

  1. PP Trade had jump of around ~30 points. Very scary.. Booked profit and stayed out.

    1. Unfortunately there is no step by step method to lean the method
Method is based on some concepts and understand these thoroughly by going through all the important posts
Then proceed as written in the following posts

  3. Dear ST,

Why no BOF trade of the BRN? The BOF baffled me and was caught on the wrong side.

    1. I think you are referring to 11.30
If you entered short at PDC/IRH you will cover the short there
Otherwise likely to get stopped out on the long

    2. Yes. I was referring to the same. Also, I had entered it from the long side with the BOF of BRN, is that a wrong side trade? Can you please highlight the flaw in the thought process. Thanks!
